I have the instruction sheet to a ST X40 pylon engine. The manual is just general info for the entire line, with comments for various special groups of engines like CL, Speed, R/C, etc. One manual fits all, apparently. It lists the propeller recommended for 45 size R/C engines as 10/6 or 11/5. It says little break-in is needed. Tuning for the Mag type 2-needle carb sounds pretty straightforward, no mystery settings. Recommends an idle-bar glow plug.
World Engines RoGo fuel is recommended. Good luck there! They spec a home brew that contains 5% nirto so it seems the engines are not designed for high nitro blends.
