my engine is very tight all most impossible to start when piston reaches the top a dynatron 12v sarter will not turn it over.any way to loosen this engine up so it will start easy (managed to run 14oz.fuel but will not turn over.

ABC motors are often notoriously tight at TDC by design and especially in a high performance marine motor. When I ran my K&B inboard motors I used a McDaniel Torque Starter glow driver to loosen the glow plug during start-up and once running just tighten the glow plug and go racing.
