K&B 45 DF 9101 carb question

This might be a stupid question but, is their a low speed adjustment if so where is it and what is a good starting point???? It is the later style

If it is a black carb it has a fixed airbleed hole.
It would look like this

The airbleed hole is on the opposite side of the "K&B" mark.
There is no adjustment on this carb for idle mixture.
