Carburetor for 3.5 engine

I have looked at a few posts and think I have my answer, but just to be sure. My black carb is frozen from lack of use and the needle has pulled out the treads. New black carbs are not available so I was going to buy a new gold one - 80-8902. It seems this will work in my motor and it costs about $37.00. Please let me know if I am correct. I will drive up to Monrovia to pick up. Thanks.

The gold one is the best choice for the 3.5.
