Perry Aeromotive Carburetors, & Mufflers (Parts)

Postby nortonalday » Tue Jun 14, 2005 12:47 pm

Most of my K&B and Veco engines are still "new in the box." But some are "slightly" used. Over the years I've "lost" some of the parts, or never bought them - then... Have you fuel/air mixture screws for .40 & .61 Perry Aeromotive carburetors? And the carb mounting screw set for the .61? Have you mufflers/mounting screw/threaded baffle assy for the "older" Veco/K&B .19 (I have exhaust baffled & unbaffled RC & C/L engines), & Veco .50 engines? Also, K&B 8011 series .40 strap-on muffler? :D :D :D Thanks much. P.S.: I also a "unique" Veco .19 which feeds the fuel/air mixture through a "tube" located in the center of the piston. The head has no cooling fins, & the glow plug is off-set & angled from the usual "center-of-head" location. What can you tell me about this engine?

pn for the carb screws 25-4081

Perry had several different needles. We have the ones that use a spring between the needle and carb.
pn 85-0998

We have no exhaust baffles available at this time

I have no clue as to what the strange .19 you have is. Pics?

in regards to mecoa.com/kb/parts, I saw that K&B .61 was grouped with VECO. does that mean their muffler's are interchangeable?

How do I send you pictures? I'll be glad to, if you can tell me how to do this. :)
