I have a K&B 3.5ss outboard on a 33inch F1 style tunnel and prop size is a big issue to me. The boat isn't a light weight as Im not racing it and as a boat mechanic and Yamaha outboard dealer in Australia I have spent a lot of time learning prop sizes through experience mainly by use of a tacho. But this is a new learning experience to me and the charts of prop sizes seem a bit broad to me as boat size and wieght aren't shown although I understand why.

You have to try different sizes to see what performs the best.
This is part of the hobby. We can't tell you an exact for your boat. Perhaps the boat mfg. could help you as they know their product and what size prop works best on it.
