i drilled mine out and tapped for 1/4-32 standard short glow plug. easy if you have the drill press and end mill bits. 1/4-32 tap was the hardest thing to find/get. shipping can be $6.00. see ebay for tap.

eBay sometimes has heads to take a short reach plug.
I bought one as a spare for my Wenmac even though I have a couple of proper heads.
Have never used it, but have heard you may have to have a 'fiddle' with both plug heat and fuel used to have it run well.
You can also use long reach plugs with extra plug washers so as the plug just reaches into the head.
Probably a medium to hot plug and plenty of nitro will have it running okay.

Your local hobby shop, if such exists, should have a Harry Higley 1/4 x 32 tap.
