Condor .91

Postby Saltmine » Sat Sep 17, 2011 9:24 pm

New guy here. I recently found and purchased a Condor .91 four-stroke.
I've had it running, and it seems to be in fairly good shape, but I do have questions, especially since almost nobody seems to know anything about them.

It's a drum valve four stroke, much like the Webra .80 and the HP.21, but the valve is driven by a belt off of the back of the engine. There's also a rudimentary fuel pump (yes, it works) driven off of the rear of the valve.

My questions are as follows; What size and pitch propeller would be appropriate for this engine? How about fuel? I'm using 10% nitro with synthetic oil in it at the moment.
And, last but not least, what size of aircraft would this engine work well in?
I've been flying nothing but electrics for the past 20 years, and you might say, I'm out of the loop.
